now over 70 so get up around 9.45 a rasher off bacon and a mixed egg in a bread roll about 10.45 healthy grill/micro
around 15.00 around 350-400g pie/fish/slice new spuds mushy peas alternate day about with ready meal ..........then later about 1815-30 few 3% chips and 4 chicken dippers or 1/4 640g pizza[160g] ......around 2100 few 3% chips and a spring roll or half a tin off soup and 1/4 bread slice total around 1kg to 1200g with about 20 % low to empty calories as fluids in soup sauces gravy
now i have a healthy diet from what i have listed so far the problem comes from ..........................my love off crisps /cheese and my like off around 2.5 to 3pint off 6% cider every evening and few nips off whisky
