oz pay less than the uk,but the quality of life is better as is the standard of living [lower] they hate poms with a passion and you get treated like sh1te.
the states pay is much better but very union oriented and a definite pecking order.canada is well canada cold and ferkin full of wannabe frogs,looked into it before and done a bit in the states untill evicted,aus turned me down on age even though i met all the criteria
,my advice is if you know your lpg head for new zealand they are a bit more forgiving and welcome the welsh due to having similar taste in sheep
