Why not contact a NAPIT approved inspector?
You can then get guidance from 1st fix then 2nd fix. He/she can give you an inspection certificate and notify the Local Authority.
Very straightforward, there is really no worries if you have carried out the work to BS7671, as I know you have (you enquired therefore are the sort of person who does things correctly)
