Boris said: "We send the EU £350 million a week, let's fund our NHS instead"No.
It made me think that you were comparing an annual estimate against a weekly one, so whatever the numbers are meant to be you're spouting rubbish.

Hegseth and his insider dealing trader are thrilled with Trump's price hikes. Lucky for Pete, he had the heads up, and knew when Trump was going to inflate the price of oil.
If only we'd all switched over to EVs.
You know we don't have any coal or Oil power plants anymore? We have our own oil, gas and coal.
Powered by (heavily subsidised) oil, gas and coal.
I've lost track of what you're comparing against what. But I'm sure it has absolutely 0.00% to do with Brexit.Boris said: "We send the EU £350 million a week, let's fund our NHS instead"
So no, you're taking out of your cavernous backside.
Try using the little button, I was just correcting your statement. You said the Boris bus number was a yearly number, it wasn't, it was weekly.I've lost track of what you're comparing against what. But I'm sure it has absolutely 0.00% to do with Brexit.
What you have to remember is that those that who still insist on believing in brexit have completely lost their marbles and they will defend the indefensible until their last breath...Try using the little button, I was just correcting your statement. Do you bang on about Brexit on every forum and thread? It's got absolutely nothing to do with the subject. What you have to remember is that those that who still insist on believing in brexit have completely lost their marbles and they will defend the indefensible until their last breath...
The evidence is there, but they are still seeing unicorns around every corner that they repeatedly stumble around!

Lower life expectancy made pensions affordable, it was never meant to be a state-funded 20 year holiday. The pension age should now be much higher to reflect it, people need to work longer or save while working.

thats not how it works. You're not resigning your UK passport then, for one of a lower tax state?
They could if they removed the triple lock and adjusted each pension individually at the point of commencement based on market conditions & individual health. If a private pension company can have you to retire at 65 and pay you adequately for the rest of your life - and make a profit on top of it, why can't the government, with infinitely more money to play with, do the same?
