Hi guys,

I was fitting some chrome effect pipe collars on my rad pipes. Went to take one off to readjust it and ended up nicking the pipe - pic attached. Fortunately, no leak but was wondering whether I should put this down to lesson learnt and leave it, or whether there’s anything I need/should do to “patch” the graze?

Thanks,
P

How did it manage that, I cant see how a thin piece of metal like a pipe collar could gouge out the copper like that. You'd really need to go some to do that.

If it's not leaking though, it should be fine.
