Pitacs vs Prysmian

Have you guys got any preference over these two makes of cables?
I have heard that Prysmian are now manufactured in Turkey?

Just bought some and it says Made in UK. So all clear.

Prysmian is made in the UK.
So are Doncaster Cables.

Other cables made in foreign places have a reputation for being a pile of crap.
Saving a few quid on a roll of cable is blown away 1000 times over when it turns out to be defective, substandard junk made by some manufacturer who then disappears and an entirely unrelated manufacturer appears the next week with a near-identical name operating from the very same industrial zone in the same country. When questioned on this very forum whether they were in fact the same, there was no reply.

Don't be tempted with cheap prices.

Just stick with UK names, sourced from reputable wholesalers.
