Please help! idal isar he24 - heating problem

Could anyone help me out as my ideal isar hr24 boiler is gone faulty, all our radiators stay on, even the radiators are turned off, would be grateful if someone could tell what exactly is the fault. Some one told me it's the circuit board which is gone faulty and will cost about £250.00.

Sounds like your programmer is faulty not the boiler.

could be diverter valve. The hot water will be preheating but the faulty diverter pushes the heated water round the heating circuit. Is the boiler continuously showing t on the display?

get a better engineer to diagnose the fault
no doubt he will charge you £250.00 for a pcb then want another £100-£200 to change the real fault which will most likely be the diverter valve.
