Problems with LED Panel installation

Have you measured the voltage your getting at the ceiling fitting? If your using a normal filament lamp it will still illuminate with a lower than normal voltage, where as your led driver will need 240v (give or take allowed tolerances) could be your only getting 120v or so..

As above, you need to measure the voltage with a two pole calibrated voltage indicator.

Thanks to everyone for assisting with this problem but took the driver to an electronics guy this morning and he diagnosed an intermittent fault. I will have to wait for the new driver to see if there are any further problems..
