Problems with SmartLife app

I have a few Smart devices which I control using SmartLife app.

Recently, one twin AC socket went offline, manufacturer sent me a replacement ... but I can't get it to pair.
Have set up a 2.4 GHz compatibility network; my phone is connected to it, but when I go to app ... 'add device' (automatically) fails - nothing detected
Trying manual add is also failing, though it does detect the network.

Possibly a key item is that previously there were loads of WiFi devices to pick from manually .... and you could add by choosing a switch or similar ........ but there are no WiFi devices in pick list.
I have deinstalled & reinstalled - still no WiFi devices.
Anybody clued up on SmartLife ?

Got Bluetooth Enabled? Put the Socket into pairing mode? Tried to reset the socket (usually holding the pairing button for longer) Whats the model of the socket you are trying to setup?

BT is enabled ..

I can get it into pairing mode ... Fast Flashing or Slow Flashing
Under maual - there is no wifi devices listed, If I search for a WiFi socket it finds one I then click on that to manually add, start pairing it detects network, it then asks me to connect to its 'local network' to pair, but fials at that point
Auto 'add' fails to detect anything

I have four smart GU10 bulbs in kitchen, every so often one fails to turn off, one bulb went faulty, so I think it was the replacement for that bulb, Eveready I think. If I switch off at light switch for some time and then back on, all seems to work again.

I got a pack of 4 socket adaptors, first I tried half a dozen times to register is, next 3 all worked first time. I will guess the blue tooth in phone went off-line, and once woke up again, then all worked OK.

I also had a second smart life, it, I think was called Eveready, but it was clearly the same as smart life, once deleted from my phone, smart life picked up again, had the same with Parkside tools, again same as smart life.

Does it present a wireless network for you to connect to?

Have you tried to fully reset it and clear any existing wifi networks? Tried the Enerj app to see if that can pair?

I created a new 2.4GHz compatibility n/w as the sockets don't like n/w which have multiple frequencies.
Only way I know of a reset is power off for 10 sec (as per instrcutions)

I have other make (but look identical) sockets that connect fine, but not ENERJ

A concern is there are no WiFi devices shown in teh SmartLife app; previously there were many.
Deinstalled & Reinstalled but still none in list.

As far as i recall, you hold the pairing button down for an extended period which should reset the socket. You previously mentioned the app said connect to the local device network, that would be the wifi the device is broadcasting, then once connected to that, the app updates the wifi the socket uses to the one you selected previously.

Also you mention that the wifi devices no longer show in the smartlife app, does the device still show as being available in the Enerj app?
