Pyronix App fee

Hello,
I saw from this forum that the Pyronix app fee is £36 per year.
I am in talks with an installer who has quoted me £55.
I was wondering if there is another type of the services that cost £55.
Also I am expecting that with the app I will be in full control

Another question,
If i opt for voice dialer option will work along with its web app ?
An early reply is appreciated.
