If you want to paint your radiators the same colour as the wall, International also do "Clearcoat", which you can put on top of the emulsion. It comes in Gloss, Satin or Matt versions.
We've just used normal Dulux emulsion on a couple of ours at home, it's not showed any signs of flaking off even after a few years. Apply to a cold rad.
