Raynor the tax dodger

This sounds like a witch hunt to me. She, like any of us, had conveyencers doing the legal stuff to buy her flat. It was probably either an admin error on their side, or they deliberately stiched her up cos they don't like working class northern labour women buying nice flats on their patch. It's odd that they are saying nothing to do with them, as from my experiences of buying and selling houses, they would know every facet of the transaction and what it means - that is literally what they are paid to do.

It does seem odd as if she never mentioned the trusted house to them...maybe

A witch hunt? OMG she is quite simply a tax dodger and a fraud.

It doesn't help that she's the secretary of state for housing, should know better.

But isn't that why she received legal advice? And the legal advice told her that the amount of tax she was paying was correct. And it all went through HMRC. It was only later, when presumably better qualified people were helping with her finances, that they raised it, and she immediately reported the error.

Tax dodgers and fraudsters do not do this. They tell their advisors to keep quiet and give them a little Christmas bonus.

Didn't the Telegraph break the story. I haven't followed it but have just been swotting up.
