re pointing a house, whats the cost?

We had the front of ours done, acid cleaned and grinded out by 1 guy, pointed up by 3 guys a couple of days later, £450 in Rochdale so I bet prices are similar. They did it off ladders.

All well and good and is perhaps do-able, especially if you have a hip-roof house. I wouldn't like to be the one who has to do the gable end with the tall chimney though!

I think Banjo must be warming to the fact it's going to cost £2k+. Surely?
