Remeha avento plus 28c hot water problem

Hi there,
Can anyone help - my boiler is only giving out Luke warm water and I've read the manual which says to go to P2 to increase the temperature but when i press enter only t1 - t3 is displayed.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong so any advice would be appreciated. TIA.
