Remote Control of 2nd Light from Ceiling Rose

Hi,

I want to add an additional light to a room and control it with the same switch that is used for the ceiling light. But I do not want to take half the ceiling down to run a cable to the new light. There is a socket at the new light location that I can use as power source.
What is the best way to control the new light?
I thought of a smart light transmitter added to the ceiling rose of the main light and that would control the new light. But I cannot find something like that anywhere.
Does anyone has some ideas?

What is the best way to control the new light?

The best way is to add a cable from the existing light to the new one. Taking down 'half the ceiling' isn't necessary.
