Flat bladed garden spade, bolster hammer & chisel, SDS breaker drill; but watch you don’t damage the screed if it’s a solid floor. If it’s a suspended timber floor, you should plan to replace it anyway as it probably won’t survive & may not be entirely suitable for tiling anyway.
I am laying laminate on top rather than tiles so I guess that's not so much of a problem.
