To be fair, you have come on this thread, posting a series of photos, of premises you claim not to have yet even visited, asking questions which from photos simply cannot be answered. In addition, you have not even said what you want in the way of an end result, for the place. You have also asked if it needs rewiring, which is something which cannot possibly be determined from photos alone, even if the photo showed the current state of the wiring - which it doesn't.
