Revolting Iranians

Do you really believe the **** published by the Daily Mail.
You probably do because it's what want you to read and hear.
I don't give a hoot about about Iran but what really annoys me is when I see and hear stuff from outlets like the Mail, that i know instinctively is funking rubbish.

Don't you realise that these so called news outlets have contempt for your critical thinking skills.
They know you will lap it up.

How far to you want go back?.
Daily Mail story about Saddam Husseins soldiers pulling babies out of incubators in Kuwait, fed into the news mainstream, used by the Americans to justify war with Iraq.
After the war is over, it turns out the story was a complete fabrication by the Americans to incite hatred.

What about the WMDs in Iraq as reported by the Mail, I'll bet you believed that as well, or the beheaded babies in Israel.

There were plenty of atrocities committed by Saddam and his henchmen
Nothing really needed to be made up

Chemical weapons
Marsh Arabs
Masse executions
Torture

Incidentally Jeremy Bowan successfully sued one paper ?? for referring to him as Lord Haw Haw when he stated ( correctly ) that a bomb shelter the Americans targeted in Baghdad contained innocent woman / children / families

When Saddam used chemical weapons against the Iranians.
Which country vetoed a UN resolution to take action against him.

As for mass executions.
Grossly inflated apparently.

A lot mass graves alleged to contain victims of the Saddam regime contained the bodies of Iraqi soldiers and civilians killed in the Allied invasion.

That isn't to say that Saddam was some sort benign ruler, He obviously wasn't.
The point i was making is that a lot of these wars, are wars of choice and not wars of necessity.

That is why those who push for them, need to exaggerate or invent stories of atrocities to justify military action.

Really? I've never heard that before.
The Daily Wail should carry a health warning stating that reading its contents can seriously damage your mental health.

Headlines about Albanians eating our Swans, or someone finding Romanians living in their roofspace caused my outraged indignation levels to soar.

Fortunately I got help, it was explained to me that the Daily Wail regularly makes stuff up to induce anger and indignation in its readers, it can be addictive.

The solution to my problem was simple.
Stop reading the Daily Wail and other publications like it, and you won't get angry.
