For sure there is plenty of accusations directed at MSF, and Hamas, in the Israeli propaganda machine, but no genuine MSF accusation of Hamas using Human Shields that I can find. So please present your evidence of MSF accusing Hamas of what you say.
Similarly MSF have criticised the actions of Hamas, but they have not accused them of war crimes. Let's look at the UN:

In addition Israel has also used Palestinian civilians as human shields.

But it is true that the UN has accused both Hamas and Israel of war crimes. As Israel was the attacker and was far superior in technology and weapons, one would expect Israel to be able to, and to have actually conducted itself within international legal frameworks. But the very opposite is true.

But none of this is transferable to the Iranians, as you try to do, simply because they are also Muslims.

Now let's look at the ICC:
The ICC have levelled war crimes against Hamas, but the use of civilians as Human Shields is not one of those crimes listed.
However there is growing evidence of Israel using civilians as Human Shields during its committing of genocide in Gaza:

The ICC have issued warrants for the arrest of both some Hamas operatives (who are most probably now dead), and some Israeli leaders, namely Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, the former Israeli minister for defense.


In summary,
your claim that MSF, the UN and the ICC have accused Hamas of using civilians as human shields is completely bogus and without evidence.
But there is credible evidence that Israel has used Palestinians civilians as human shields.
Also, the MSF has not accused neither Hamas, but they have strongly condemned Israel of indiscriminate killing , which is
aligned with descriptions of war crimes.

So the Jewish and its sequel, The Bible are even older fairy stories which would make them even less relevant to modern day society.

There are numerous Jewish Denominations of which some believe the Tanakh is an Ideology and Way of Life while others accept that parts are outdated and should be ignored, which also appears to be the way with the Holy Bible.

So there are various factions within Jewish, Christian and Muslim faiths. So they're all much of a muchness. and there's no real need or relevance to modern society for any of them. Yet the mutual hatred and hostility between them remains and appears to be irreconcilable.
And the violence and killing continues. And you're defending and propagating it.
Don't you think that Israel, and the US, as the most technologically advanced and equipped participants, have the moral duty to reduce hostilities, and stop the killing.
