I have a Ryobi EKT2100V router and have noticed that with a 63mm straight cutter there seems to be around 1mm of runout at the end of the cutter. Seems to be the collet not the cutter because I have tried 3 different cutters. Is this within expected tolerance?

Thanks.

remove the collet nut remove the collet clean and lightly oil then wipe clean again check for any burrs or creased metal use emmery /very fine sandpaper to CAREFULLY remove
clean oil and wipe clean again reassemble and try

1mm is borderline

Thanks Big-All.
Already removed and cleaned. However after your post I removed it again, cleaned and checked for burrs. Found nothing but cutter is now running dead true. .
Its a mystery
