Anyone else noticed how much salt is in food these days? I bought some olives the other day and I had to bin them because of the amount of salt in them.
They call salt the white death, its far worse for you than sugar
I never put salt on my food or add it to cooking. I avoid all high salt foods esp processed rubbish and cured meats
Salt occurs naturally in most foods there is no need to add it to your food
Adding salt and sugar is an acquired taste
There its no need to do so but people are raised to do it.
Its one of the reasons why diabetes, hypertension and obesity is rising so fast
Don't go over the top and cut out all salt. The body needs some to help it absorb nutrients.
