Separate circuit direct from supply to bypass main CU

I'm not an expert, but it seems like you don't know enough to know what is useful and what isn't?

Additionally doing this work without notification to Building Control is a breach of Building Regulations, as a new circuit is notifiable unless you are able to self certify your work.
 
Still can't see why this illegal and dangerous work is required if there really is a suitably sized and functioning UPS installed.
