Building a shed, roughly 12' x 8' (Aiming for something like 3660x2500). See plan:

Questions:
1) Post spacing? Positioning ok on diagram, or need more?
2) Post depth?
3) Need full fill of Postcrete? That would be a hell of a lot - can I pack it / layer it with pea gravel or something?
4) Engineering bricks at bottom of post needed? (I have some spare bags of sub-base...)
5) 6x2 ok for outer wood frame?
6) 4x2 ok for joists?
7) Joist spacing?

Don't want a bouncy floor!

Cheers

I would put a couple more posts in the middle.
4x2 will be fine on that span.
6x2 is overkill for frame.
150mm will be deep enough for posts...sit the bottom of the posts on a couple of bricks backfill with concrete.

Great - those tips have significantly cut cost already (£120 cheaper)....bloody 6x2s! That's what happens when you research building on American forums - they're tree-destroying over-engineerers.
Thanks

If you have time - soak the post ends in a bucket of preserver for as long as you can;)
