My daughter has adopted a couple of cats from some charity that takes cats from people that are unable to look after them anymore (usually old cats owned by old people who are going into care) and the last one she ended up with cost her over £80 a month in medicines on top of frequent vet visits for other ailments including one of over £250 for dental work not long after she had adopted it so you have to be careful what you are taking on.

So is the politics of this country.
Worst government.... certainly in my living memory.
the political system here needs reform, this 2 party politics isnt good.
Bodd, According to my savvy wife you just can not adopt this cat. If it has only 3 legs then at some time it has had an operation so must belong, or once belonged, to someone and will be possibly chipped. Before anything else you must take it to the vet to get it scanned and then, depending on the result,go from there. If you do eventually get the chance to adopt it don't let the fact that it has only 3 legs put you off.
Be careful if you're thinking of getting a rescue cat. My mate got one, and when he fell down the stairs and broke his back, the cat just sat there and did fack all.
Obviously you should never get a cat that is not trained in mountain rescue.Be careful if you're thinking of getting a rescue cat. My mate got one, and when he fell down the stairs and broke his back, the cat just sat there and did fack all.
