Which one of the above cars would be the best buy I'm looking at buying second hand, same year bout 2006 and similar mileage. Also which would be better on fuel?

If you like to drive then the 1.9TDi is the one, though at that age you will be paying high road tax. Some of those has the lesser 1.9SDi (non turbo) lump, which is OK, but you would be better with the 1.6TDi. The SDi would be regarded as using old technology, now.
You will get good economy if you leave a bit of timber under the pedal next the door. If you drive the TDi on, and you can drive them on, they will use diesel.
Full service history stamped up to date and the mileage matching the book, with the timing belt and water pump changed. Oh and a good long warranty.
They are fit for high mileage
