Smartcom not setting app code

Its showing no no carrier on the setup qnd im not sure where I have gone wrong usually I get my 6 digit code

No carrier …..it’s not connected to the internet ….so you won’t get the code …
 
Yeah but I know but why won't it connect I've filled the step by step

lots of different possibilities.

1. wifi signal poor
2,. password for wifi has characters it doesn't like
3. wifi channel interference
4. you entered password wrong for ssid
5 other programming issues like udl passcode not set can cause issues
6. incorrect comports used versus programmed.

however your asking us guess what is wrong specifically yet say you followed step by step.

I assure you following the instructions should work, so recheck your steps.

That said, what version panel, whats in program digi what is the version of the smartcom, what com ports the 4 wire connector and the two wire connector connected to?
What are the smart com LED's doing

if you can check the steps in the manual first and its still not working, then go through the 6 points above and check signal is good and wifi password doesnt have synbols in it.

temporary you could hard wire to mitigate any wifi issues, but you may want to reset the smart com firsrt.
