Richy Rish! seems to have it in the bag but a reporter on Euronews this morning suggested a recent poll taken of the Party Faithful would put Mordaunt ahead with 67% of the ballots; so while Sunak will have parliamentary support it would be 'the people' who'd propel Penny into #10.
