No your really not mateYes, you are.
Link doesn't work.
The old did but I do not have the data sheet so I don’t no how many it should accept, if you look at the original post it was me asked if 4 terminal ones exist, one person found one, but they don’t seem to be commonBut you said it has four wires connected.
Yes you really are (allowed to have two spurs, from a single point on the ring). End of.No your really not mate

You are not allowed to have two spurs, from a single point on the ring

Then should Chris_909 be able to show a prohibition? It doesn't normally work like that.
Unless something is specifically prohibited then it is allowed.
There isn't a list of all things which are allowed.
What is stopping anyone have 2 spurs at the same place? No your really not mate

?... it is common, in many fields, for people who have been following instructions or rules or whatever to see what they think is there, not necessarily what is there, particularly if early on they misinterpreted something, or the person who taught them got it wrong, and so on.
I don't think I've ever seen an accessory vendor rate an accessory for more than three conductor in the same terminal. Even when there would appear to be space for such. For example MK rate most of the the terminals on their FCUs* for 3x2.5mm² 2x4mm² or 2x6mm², with the additional stipulation that if 2x6mm² are used they must be stranded. And do they also state that it will accept 3 x 4mm²?
If they do then it will easily accept 4 x 2.5mm².
It's a while since I've read BS1363 but I'm pretty sure it only requires 2x4mm² though in practice most manufactuers exceed this.If they don't and it will not then it is not fit for purpose in the U.K.
