Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

The context is all there.

British Border force can’t take back migrant boats from British waters to French coast

British Border force can’t enter French territorial water without permission to engage in activities that do not comply with innocent passage
Something entirely different then.

those scenarios cover everything you have suggested

oh apart from you nonsense argument that a British Border vessel can stay in British waters whilst pushing back a migrant boat that stays entirely in French waters...................which you keep on claiming, yet cant explain how its done

You’ve stated that the act of a state protecting it’s territorial waters from non innocent passage as per their rights under article 25, is in itself not innocent, if it does so between the border of its own territory and its neighbour.

This is your argument. Correct ?

why dont you like her?
She is a silly litle spoilt girl that has only her own agenda. She is not interested in the Palestinian situation. Could you name one thing that has helped the Palestinians and have they thanked her for her help?

what do you mean "suckered in"
You are obviously a fan of Love Island and the such. Other than her mates sticking themselves to the motorways and disrupting every day folks and throwing orange dust over monuments, what do you see in her?

I shall ignore your whataboutery word salad and state this:

a British boat entering French water to carry out pushbacks on migrant boats is not an act of innocent passage

the act of a state protecting it’s territorial waters from non innocent passage
until the boat has entered British territorial waters there is no "non innocent passage" in British waters

Odd that you won’t answer.

Your alternative is wrong of course.
