Antistatic floor polish is available as mentioned previously, however there are no polishes suitable for laminate flooring - even those products which claim to be suitable have a major problem.
The top surface of laminate is designed to be easy to clean, and so already has a coating on it which is designed to repel water, dirt and most everything else. Applying polish to this will result in a patchy mess, and even if you manage to get an even layer, it will wear off very quickly wherever people walk on it.
The result will either be a floor which looks terrible, or you will be reapplying the polish on a daily basis.
