Step or flush to window sill for half wall

Hi all. I am wondering what will look best. I am doing a half stud wall for concealed toilet and to hide the pipe work. I have decided to go full width wall to wall but would it look best to finish 10cm under the window sill or take it to the same height as the window sill the stud will will be 26cm deep (yes I know that’s massive ‍) so if I took it to the window sill it be around 55cm from window to the edge of the stud wall. (Photo for reference the toilet will be in the gap of the studs on the floor)
