Sterling 10 alarm panel

Sparky havin a problem changing the codes. I have changed the engineer code OK then in engineer menu changed master code not when I try to enter master menu It just sets the alarm how can I get into master menu to add user codes

Press D then enter master code

Greats worked a treat. I see the panel/keypad comes with 2k7 and 4k7 resistors but also came with 4 476ohm resistors what are they for

Handyman jo yes your right it defo helps but there is absolutely no mention of it in my manual (latest edition)

I never use them ....but as per manual only on long cable runs
