Swapping ThermoSphere with Tado UFH thermostat

Hi folks, I want to replace my Thermo Sphere UFH thermostat with a Tado unit so it can be controlled using Alexa.

This is the original unit:

I'm assuming that I'll need a relay to convert the 16A to 3A. But I'm already out of my depth here.
