switchmaster motorised central heating valve (bluebox)

Switch master not been made for well over 10 years .BG. never had a replacement head for them after they went out of production so can`t see them having one in last few years and considring price they get new motorised valves for i can`t see them going to expense now of stockin a special or anyone making them

The BG heads look exactly the same but don't fit the switchmaster valve bodies...just replace the complete valve.

If it's a Drayton part you need to go to invensysclimate dot com, click on Europe, click on contact and ring that number. Their customer care and technical support are outstanding.

I've just spotted this post after creating a similar one. I'm not sure what the conclusion here is i.e can a replacement swicthmaster director valve be bought (i.e is it same as a drayton model?) or can I replace with a different make but keep rest of my wiring etc the same? I would even settle for a manual valve solution if that was a possibility.
thanks

Have they gone out of business or something? "The page cannot be found" ...

Oh, this works: http://www.invensyscontrolseurope.com/InvensysControlsEurope/en

Or at least the link works - the website is another matter altogether. I wonder if their valves are put together as badly?
