Telephone Consultation

I have had a few of these recently.
Understandable.
But the letter I got from the hospital today flummoxed me.
It is for an appointment in December 2021.
They say it will be by telephone, due to the pandemic.
Do they know something I don't, or are they planning to make as many appointments as possible in the future telephone ones to relieve pressure on the NHS?

Run down the service so that bits can be picked off by large (mainly american) at a bargain price, and get the brainless part of the electorate to blame anyone but the government!

Baroness dido has been installed to speed up the process, and due to 'emergency legislation' contracts can be handed out without any scrutiny whatsoever...

In ten years time or so there will be no NHS!
