Tenby Clipper Light Switch Removal

I would be grateful if someone could tell me how remove this from the wall so I can wallpaper behind it.
I would of course turn the power off first.
The switch has a large plastic rocker and just a small frame around it and no fixings visible.

Look underneath at the rocker.

There should be a notch into which you can insert a small flat driver blade.

The oversize rocker just levers off, leaving a normal sized switch beneath and the fixing screws visible.

I thought it best to check, so I didnt end up destroying it.
