I travel a lot round the country -1200+ miles last week for example

I use Tesco's quite often because of the club card points.

In all honesty as a whole Tesco's garages seem to be the most poorly run garages around.

Invetiably one of the following is happening
A single pump is 'out of service'
A row of pumps are out of service
A bank of pumps are out of service
The reciept bit isn't working, meaning I have to go into the kiosk to que up to get a reciept.
That means a long wait in a que whilst observing only one till is in operation (whilst a spare member of staff notes the long que and continues to stack the ciggie section. )
My "No reciept on pump 4" is met with a humph and "I have go and find the reciept book" Once found they have to escort you to the pump in order to copy what the pump says..

To make it worse they have halved the clubcard points!

Probably not on anyone elses radar but next time you go into Tesco's have a look see :)

Don't you feel guilty wasting all that fuel and polluting the air when someone local could have done the job? The sooner fuel prices rise the better for the planet.

Yes , but Joe he's only doing what the government has told us to do i.e. travel to where the work is--
then of course they'll raise fuel duty in a claim to be acting envoiromentally
To the OP 's question I don't use tesco myself most of my fuel comes from morrisons which also sometimes have just one till open.

Gotta love these keyboard warriors

Tough guy's hiding out making snide remarks. Face up lads or STFU.

So much hot air! You'd never need to go to Tescos for your fuel ever again! :p

You really contribute to this forum don't you?
I think in all your posts that I have come across you very rarely post more than 1 line and the response is usually some form of sarcasm/insult.

Do you not have a life with any meaning?

That's 'cos you stick to the GD Forum you muppet, there's a whole other Forum out there you know! ;)

I do read some of the other forums, and I have gained some very valuable knowledge from them, for which I am grateful. However, if I feel I am not in a position to contribute something worthwhile I don't post. Maybe you should have the same viewpoint on this forum.
Now, I have a life with meaning to live so maybe I will be back later.
Cheerio.

I enjoy sitting waiting for the bloke parked at the pump to come out and move his motor...but of course this could take ages seeing as his missus is wandering round the bloody shop with a basket.

To find Tesco's has that many faults I would say that you use them more often, not quite often. Why don't you come back with numerical statistics?
We might then find that the others you use have a higher percentage of faults per visit. ;)
