So a 4.8% reduction in bills (or less - the article doesn't say if it's off the whole bill, or just consumption), for 6 months.

Doesn't really make up for the economic hit of leaving the EU.

The only problem with Brexit is that all the things the leavers told us it would be were pure speculation. They could not be measured, and they have not happened.
