Afaik Einstein found the french to be not to bright  tried to explain several theories to em in his day

but gave up in the end as life was to short
We're well aware of your hatred of all things French.
Your relatives were officers in the Gestapo and SS in WW2.
Your hatred of the French is understandable even if it is illogical, and racist.

Bats are the only mammals that can fly

think there are some squirrel type animals that can glide but they cannot fly

Present us with an example of his thought experiments. Let us be the judge.
Let us compare it to your totally unrealistic 100 mph bullet.

He imagined chasing after a beam of light..............https://www.pitt.edu/~jdnorton/Goodies/Chasing_the_light/

Einstein imagined lightening bolts hitting a train, with observers on and off the train timing lightening bolt strikes (impossible for the observers to actually measure).......https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einstein's_thought_experiments

Theoretical thought experiments, do not need to be realistic.

Joe Stalin had a private cinema

he liked Tarzan films with Johnny
Weissmuller

he was also a fan of John Ford westerns and John Wayne westerns

France is at number 23 on the corrupt country list

the UK is at 14

Fact that France is more corrupt than the UK is no surprise tbh

scoundrels ;)

A lot of people reckon Enstein was a fraud.
He was just a patents clerk so how did he come up with his theories.
Here are some examples:

(1) Max Abraham. He showed Einstein the necessity of an "aether". He showed Einstein that the postulate of a constant light-speed is no longer possible. Einstein even had to admit that as special formula was derived by Abraham, not by him.

(2) Paul Gerber. 1898 Gerber derived a formula for the perihelion-aberration of mercury's orbit. In 1915 Einstein used exactly the same formula, claiming it was his invention.

(3) David Hilbert. Months before Einstein's publication of his formula for General Relativity, David Hilbert found it and wrote it to Einstein in a letter. Afterwards, Einstein claimed, Hilbert had stolen it from him!

(4) Eli Cartan. The French mathematician found a way of describing space-time via twisted trajectories. Einstein used to idea, claiming it was his. After Cartan protested, Einstein admitted the priority of Cartan's ideas, but ignored him when citing his scientific sources.
There are lots of others whom Einstein is alleged to have plagiarised from.
Another is James clark Maxwell who was nicknamed the Scottish Einstein.

Was he French?

It was merely an hypothesis to determine an example of relativity, not to be taken literally, perhaps beyond your comprehension.

Your example breaks one of Einstein's postulates of SR: the one about frames of inertial reference. The missile won't drop vertically cos it's in the same inertial frame.

At one time (can't be bothered to look up exact dates) Out of all countries GDP, at number 2 was the British East India company, the UK itself was number 4.

afaik they even had there own army ??
East India company

It will drop vertically, you misunderstand his frames of reference.

Same thing but with a ball, watch at 28 seconds in.
