The UN says it cannot make a legal determination as to whether a situation constitutes genocide under international law. It says a situation is referred to as genocide only after a competent national or international court has declared it as such.

By the same token. the Commission have accused Hamas of committing war crimes. According to your logic, their judgement is merely an allegation until a competent court has declared it as such.
You'll undoubtedly accept the judgement against Hamas, while denouncing the findings against Israel.

But you equate criticism of Israel and IDF as criticism of Jews and anti Semitism.
They're different. It's you that fails to understand that difference.

1. Do only Jews comprise the IDF? 2. Do Jews serve in other country's armies?
3. Do only Jews comprise the state of Israel? 4. Do Jews also live in other countries?

If the answers to 1 and 3 are 'no', and the answers to 2 and 4 are 'yes', then criticism of Israel and the IDF cannot be anti Semitic.
