The key NHS targets that don't need to be met like transgender awareness

And you think these people have ANY impact on the operation day to day?

my misses works in a clinic Ona Thursday consultants, doctors, specialist nurses etc

Unless one specialist nurse stands and regulates the flow of people the consultants and doctors let people leave without seeing the specialist nurses . It’s chaos - is this the fault of the Government?
What did the consultants say when she challenged them about it?

She can't challenge the Consultants ............. they are above being told what to do as I understand it and the Clinic Manager should understand this and sort it

so little staff she was not offered a single drink or meal for 36hours.
Did she ask for any? My mum often moans about the standard of cuisine or the strength of the WiFi in hospital on her regular visits.

Mum’s eh?

She could hardly breath ( on oxygen) so talking was difficult . Agree with your mum food inedible .

My text to my mum was in reply to one she thought she'd sent to her cleaner but sent to me by mistake. She wanted her to bring her some rich tea biscuits, some sugar free mints and either a cheese or ham sandwich. She said she’d asked the nurse to get her a sandwich from the kitchen or if she could make her some toast. Surprisingly (not) the nurse told her no, she was busy!

If you don't mind me asking - how old is your mum? As she seems au fait with tech and you must be what? 70?

I had two days in, and around 50% of what I was served with, was inedible. So bad, that at the hint of me being sent hoe the final day, with no sign of anyone coming along to sign me out - I signed myself out, I was that hungry for some proper food.

Yes, spent 5 days in UCLH central London , 60hrs without food and after the operation I was looking forward to the food my wife delivered only to find the hospital had lost it .

It's almost as if the NHS is being starved of the resources to do its job.
