An aunt recently needed to get an NHS one at home, and 2 days after the request a brand shiny new one still in it's wrapper arrived.

And you still manage to turn it into a criticism.

Did you notice they suddenly managed to find thousands of hospital beds seemingly out of thin air and every politician who was asked where they came from , ignored the question!

Clearly they were stockpiled for an outbreak so they have had a virus plan for years and yet they still managed to f*** it up

Are you asking why the hospitals had lots of beds ready and did take on the many many who got poorly with covid? If you are, they didn't come out of thin air, the hospitals cancelled all other non-emergency treatment, and even some cancer treatments, struck a deal with the private hospitals too, to use theirs.
It wasn't anything conspiracy theory wise, it was all explained at the time.

cant see a 2nd ‘wave’ . lets be honest the first ‘wave’ instigated and generously spread by china was over exaggerated hugely and turned out to be a dismal failure from their perspective.
they’ve fiddled the mortality rates here to cover the embarrassment of falling for the chinese hystericals . special facilities here seem to have been a total waste of money.
they are intending ‘vaccinating’ the most vulnerable with rushed through chemicals that won’t have had the time or research needed. that seems to me to be the most foolhardy approach , a safety buffer and a guinea pig all in one . “they died because they were vulnerable, not because of the vaccine”
the pandemic is over and we should go back to normal. all imports of non essential goods and most importantly people from china should be stopped , as that’s the most obvious source of a 2nd ‘wave’. what the rest of the world needs to look out for is a fake 2nd wave of covid and theatrical hysteria from china , which will mean it’s on it’s way.

We aren't even out of the first wave yet.

The deaths to do with covid, although the hit-by-the-bus-and-still-counts-as-covid thing is worrying, are also quite conservative in their recording. The first couple of months the only deaths that were counted with covid are those who died in hospital, not the community - so the death rate is higher than the figures we are given.

I wasn't talking about the existing hospitals, I'm talking about the new nightingale hospitals where they managed to set up thousands and thousands of extra bed spaces seemingly overnight , where did they get those beds from ? They didn't take them out of the existing hospitals now did they? And don't even try to tell me they must of manufacturered them there and then , there can only be a few companies who make NHS beds and there's no way they could of tooled up to manufacture that amount in such a short space of time , not including sourcing the raw materials required to make them

And that's just the beds what about all the other specialist kit such as the oxygen tanks , etc

And when the nightingale hospitals are mothballed what do you reckon they will do with that equipment , scrap it or put it back into storage for next time ?

I am not sure what point you are trying to make.Thousands of people would have been """busting their balls"" setting up the nightingale beds and you are desperately digging to find conspiracy and fault.Ok....maybe the govt had beds stashed away ""just in case""...Is that not good? Maybe they manufactured them a bit quick!!...Bit like spitfires etc in WW2..did not have 100s stashed away but kept magically producing them!

I do agree with Benny on this one , I also don't believe there will be a second wave, I think it would have already happened if it was going to.

Time will tell with this one though to see who is right ......
