i did also find this metal thing... in a field.. it's either one of the teeth things off a jcb bucket, or an iron age axe-head.... not too sure how to find out!

Indeed, JCB has gone bust
Way back I hid a copy of "Parade" under the floorboards in the house where we lived. A classic of it`s time . Airbrushed rubic`s , coloured in monochrome pics . even kept bikini bottoms onDo you still have the said mags?
. Someone must`ve found it by now. It was mint, far too valuable to weld together.

A few years ago I was rewiring an old farmhouse owned by a couple of retired teachers, whilst fitting a ceiling rose I noticed a pile of A4 sheets on top of the wardrobe
the top sheet had a few pics of the lady of the house (60ish) posing in sussies & basque, on further investigation, I discovered a pictorial record of a threesome in a travelodge room, man , wife and a geeky looking twentysomething

@ Johnmelad502, I once dug up a German P08 (Luger pistol) when I took out an old Cherry tree at my previous house. Previous ownbers had bought the house new as a young couple in the late 1920's and stayed there for life. Doubtless a war souvenir thhat he had wanted to get rid of. Cherry tree was about 10" trunk diameter, don't know how old that makes it.
It was a mass of rust, flaking away except under the wooden grips where you could still see the green paint of the magazine.
One opf my buddies with a 1930's house found some .303 and some .22 cartridges when he knocked down the garden steps, probably hidden there by some cadet or Home Guarder who had swiped them and then got scared.

We had an old guy at work who whenever he moved beds to lift the carpets for getting pipes in etc and found a certain battery device women use.
On replacing everything he used to smear it with self cleaning flux and giggle away saying that will make her jump when she reaches out in the dark to use that. Nips like h#ll in a cut so i would imagine it would .
