I always think silverfish are a sign of dampness, We've got a few around the house but not bothered by them, they don't seem to do any harm, maybe spread a few germs, abit of dirt is good for you

Get a one-off fumigation from a pest control company.
Downside kills all insects inc. spiders + you may not be allowed inside for a couple of hours.
