No, but that doesn't have the same potential confusion issue as mixing black and brown. I just use red tape if it's old colours. Or if I don't have my tape I sleeve everything.

Sleeving is inexpensive - if you can obtain red then in England and Wales it is illegal not to use it to sleeve a black conductor to indicate that it's live.

So your saying then Ban that you would sleeve it red and not brown
 
If you are working on 'old' colours then I would sleeve apropriatly with corresponding colours to the cable. In this case, all wiring is red for line/live/phase and black for neutral, imo this is the colour identification to be used. If you have added a new switch drop on blue/brown to a red/black loop in and loop out then that is another matter.
