Has anyone any experience with the Titan Tool 360 wacker plate / impactor machine?

Foolishly I purchased one for £*** direct from the ? importers.
Delivered badly damaged and despite numerous emails and sending in photos of the machine I have got nowhere.

Send back for warranted replacement machine ... at my own expense?

Seems I have been conned!

I have had the displeasure of repairing a couple of these......personally I find them very poor machines, with no clutch so once they start, away they go.
The faster the engine runs, the worse they are.
However, that's no reason for you not receiving yours in perfect order.
