Toilet problem

My toilet is constantly having water run from the cistern to the bowl, what could be causing that please, I've tried to add a video but the site wouldn't let me. Thanks

Flush valve leaking; or water level too high and internal overflow operating.

Yes, unfortunately you have to use a 3rd party site, eg YouTube. Maybe post a photo of inside the cistern?
