But that would mean the UK and USA were waging a war of aggression, which I would not disagree with.
But that doesn't mean that any one person representing each aggressive nation was responsible. As I pointed out earlier, in US and UK it was a democratic decision.
Also, the war was illegal in people's opinion. It has never been judged that UK nor US were acting illegally, in any court.
