Come across this today, looks like something to adjust a steam engine with - needs a 1½" spanner to tighten on with then I guess you whack it with a sledge hammer

I value my Makita track saw and guides as much as my family. Used to have a Festool but when that wore out, I'd have needed to sell the family to afford a replacement.
