I once saw Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall make some black pudding. Nearly put me off but I worked through it. Some people call it Blood pudding……..

I don't think I've had a really great black pudding since I was a child.

That's why I get some whenever I see it and I have found some very good ones. The ones in the plastic casing are not very good.
